When we arrive at your property, we will begin performing an outside check of your home to look for any irregularities. We will check everything from the walls, the grounds, the roof, windows to your screens and more. We will also collect any mail etc. left outside, as well as bring recycling and trash cans in and out if needed. We will check your gutters regularly or after a severe storm to ensure they are not clogged. We believe that these frequent and thorough outside checks are very important to help detect problems in the early stages and deter tampering to your property.

After we have finished the exterior check, we will begin our extensive interior check. We know that all homes are different and will thus customize a multipoint checklists specific to your property and needs. We will check things such as windows and doors to make sure they are locked and free of water damage or mildew growth. We will check circuit breaker panels, water heater, A/C filters, humidity levels, temperature of vents, walls and ceiling, look for signs of any pests or insects, and check for unusual odors. We will cycle water in showers and sinks, brush and flush toilets, and short cycle the dish washer and washing machine. Our frequent and thorough home watch visits will help safeguard the interior of your beautiful home and give you peace of mind while away.
